Returns

Because each Solh item is made to order, we only accept returns or replacements for:

  • Items that arrive damaged
  • Items with manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect or misprinted items

To request a return, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at contact@solhstore.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item
  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll review your request and let you know if it qualifies for a return or replacement. If accepted, we’ll send further instructions.

In most cases, we do not require the item to be returned. If we approve your request, we’ll either replace the item or issue a refund, at no extra cost to you.

Please do not return your item before receiving confirmation, as we cannot accept unsolicited returns.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
Email us at contact@solhstore.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We’ll review it and do our best to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Because our items are printed on demand, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong size or color choice by the customer
  • Personalized or custom items
  • Sale items or gift cards

Refunds

If your return is approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.

If more than 15 business days have passed and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at contact@solhstore.com.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery even without a reason.
To be eligible, the item must be unused and in original condition. Contact us for instructions.
